Customers have the right to cancel their order or return their goods and receive a full refund if:
1. AcuMedic is notified within 14 days of purchase or receipt of goods (whichever is longer).
2. The customer returns the goods to AcuMedic at their own expense (please note that we cannot be responsible and will not refund any products lost during delivery).
3. The goods are returned to us undamaged, unopened and unused in original packaging. Opened goods will not be refunded or replaced unless for exceptional reasons.
4. The customer provides a copy of the original receipt.
5. The product is not a book (for copyright reasons) or a customised herbal prescription (for safety reasons).
AcuMedic will process the refund/replacement within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
AcuMedic will refund or replace any faulty goods and pay for the return delivery of these goods if:
1. AcuMedic is notified within 60 days of purchase or receipt of goods (whichever is longer).
2. The product is deemed to be faulty after reasonable use.
3. The goods are returned to us if requested.
4. The customer provides a copy of the original receipt.

AcuMedic will process the refund/replacement within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
AcuMedic will refund or replace any incorrect orders and pay for the return delivery of these goods if:
1. AcuMedic is notified within 14 days of purchase or receipt of goods (whichever is longer).
2. The product was not the item ordered from us.
3. The goods are returned to us (if requested) undamaged, unopened and unused in original packaging.
4. The customer provides a copy of the original receipt.
