AM Tiers: Our Loyalty and Discount System
We’ve launched AM Tiers, a new loyalty and discount system at the AcuMedic Shop.
It’s designed to be simple, fair, and genuinely useful — particularly for practitioners who regularly stock up on clinic essentials, herbs, and supplies.
This page explains how AM Tiers works, what’s changed, and what you can expect.
What AM Tiers is
AM Tiers is our long-term loyalty scheme. It offers ongoing discounts based on how much you’ve spent with us over time.
Rather than short-term offers or discount codes that come and go, your discount builds gradually as you shop and increases as you move up through the tiers.

How points work
Each time you place an order, you earn points based on what you actually pay.*
✅ Points are earned on qualifying items
✅ Points are calculated on the final amount paid
✅ If an item is discounted or on promotion, points are earned on the discounted price
Your points:
❌ don’t expire
❌ aren’t used up or redeemed
✅ simply determine your AM Tier level
AM Tiers & discounts
Your AM Tier is based on your total spend to date — added up over time, not from a single order.
🥉 Copper – 2% discount (£100 total spend to date)
🥉 Bronze – 5% discount (£250 total spend to date)
🥈 Silver – 7% discount (£700 total spend to date)
🥇 Gold – 10% discount (£1,000 total spend to date)
🏆 Platinum – 12% discount (£2,000 total spend to date
As your spend increases, you move up through the tiers. Your discount doesn’t expire and doesn’t move backwards.
When you’re logged in, your discount is applied automatically at checkout.**
Do I need to sign up?
No — AM Tiers is automatic.
If you have an AcuMedic Shop account, you’re already included.
There’s nothing to opt in to and nothing to activate.
Where can I see my tier and discount?
You’ll see your current AM Tier and discount when you’re:
✅ logged into your account
✅ browsing or shopping on the AcuMedic Shop
For CMIR members & verified students 🎓
👉 Verified students start at the Gold tier.
👉 CMIR members receive the Platinum discount for the duration of their membership.
In both cases, you’ll continue earning points on qualifying purchases, and your total spend keeps building over time.
If your CMIR membership or student status ends later on:
✅ Your points aren’t lost, and your AM Tier doesn’t reset to zero
✅ Your account simply continues at the AM Tier earned through your purchases
